I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the industry.
My journey began in Taekwondo at the age of 8, where I competed at high levels and achieved the title of British Champion multiple times. After becoming a mother in 2005, I transitioned to MMA in my mid-20s, dedicating myself to the sport. I left my job to focus on perfecting my skills while studying to become a personal trainer. In 2014, after the birth of my second child, I decided to step back from competing and shift my focus to my clients and their fitness journeys.
When the lockdown hit in July 2021, I had to close my doors, but I used that time to get married, have my third child, further my qualifications, expand my knowledge, and strengthen my faith. In the summer of 2024, I co-opened Kingdom Gym, South Shields.
My passion is to ignite the fire within each person who walks through our doors. I take the time to get to know you and strive to help in every way possible, not just through training. Exercise has been my saving grace during my darkest days, and I understand that it serves the same purpose for many others.
My mission is to enhance the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of all my clients. Regardless of your background or current situation, I am committed to helping you improve and feel empowered. I don't just tell you what to do; I explain how to move correctly, making adjustments as needed. I take pride in ensuring my clients have excellent technique because education and proper form are essential for success. Not only does this reduce the risk of injury, but it also equips you with the knowledge to apply outside of our sessions.
