I’m Vaughan, the creator and head coach at
Kingdom Boxing Gym in South Shields.
I am a passionate boxing coach and thrive on helping others unleash their potential. Life can be tough and it’s important that we have time with each other, working on our goals and ambitions in a positive and safe environment.
My mission is to improve the mental, physical and spiritual health of others, from young children all the way to adults.
I use my abilities as a coach to help people turn life around—whether that’s Improving their physical health by learning a new skill or rediscovering their mental strength to bounce back after setbacks.
I believe everyone has something they’re passionate about, and my purpose is to help people find it—one jab, cross at a time.

Our training sessions are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 18:30 to 20:00. We welcome individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Whether you aspire to compete or simply improve your fitness level, this session is tailored to meet your needs.
Our training sessions are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 17:30 to 18:30. This is a great session for all kids. wanting to learn a new skill in a safe space and burn of excess energy in the process!
Our training sessions are held every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:15.
Your child will have the opportunity to experience basic boxing techniques while engaging in fun games designed to ignite and explore a new passion for the sport
Sessions are held on weekdays and provide an opportunity for home educating families to come together as a team to improve fitness, learn boxing techniques, and strengthen positive family bonds.
